There will be separate Terms and Conditions for the purchase of insurance or other products provided by Third Parties via linked LPS branded websites ("Products"). These would be entered into directly between you and the Third Party at your own risk and you should therefore read any such terms carefully before entering into them.

By accessing and using this Website, you confirm that you have read the Terms and Conditions set out below and agree to be bound by them. From time to time we may modify these Terms and Conditions. Accordingly, please continue to review these Terms and Conditions whenever accessing or using the Website. We aim to update our Website regularly, and may change the content at any time.

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions the following words shall have the following meanings:

" Intellectual Property Rights" means patents, designs, trade marks, service marks, trade names, logos, get-up, domain names, copyright (including without limitation rights in computer software, videos, music, sound, graphics, photographs, illustrations and artwork), database rights, rights in performances, moral rights, confidential information, know-how, whether registered or not including applications for registration and all similar forms of protection anywhere in the world;

"Third Party" or "Third Parties" means any party other than you or us.

For the purpose of section 1(2) of the Contracts (Rights of the Third Parties) Act 1999 the parties state that they do not intend any term of these Terms and Conditions to be enforced by any Third Parties but any Third Party right which exists or is available independently of that Act is preserved.

  22. The English courts will have exclusive jurisdiction over any claim arising from, or related to, a visit to our Website. These terms of use are governed by English law.
